Leah McFall has released the music video to accompany her début track, ‘Home’.
The video shows McFall sporting her iconic blunt fringe along with the unique style that she sported when she rose to fame on The Voice UK back in 2013. The video has an extremely pastel colour palette, ranging from pinks to greens. McFall also draws from The Wizard of Oz in both the video and lyrics by clicking her heels and closing her eyes to wish for home.
‘Home’ also features vocals from will.i.am who was McFall’s mentor on The Voice UK, managing to take her through to the final, but then losing to Andrea Begley.
The track follows McFall’s promotional single, ‘No Ordinary Love’, which was unveiled on YouTube earlier this year but hasn’t been uploaded to McFall’s VEVO YouTube account, marking ‘Home’ as the singer’s official beginning to her musical career.
The single is available for pre-order now and will be available to purchase 27th July.
