Little Mix to play Ageas Bowl show in 2017

The Ageas Bowl has today confirmed that top British girlband Little Mix are set to perform at the venue later this year, on Sunday 9th July.

The show will be two days after legendary singer-songwriter Bryan Adams performs at the same venue. Little Mix’s performance is part of their UK summer tour ‘Summer Shout Out’, which takes place across Britain between May and July.

The tour should ensure 2017 is as memorable a year for Little Mix as 2016 was, when the band claimed their first Number One album with Glory Days, while ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ shot to Number One in the Singles chart, remaining there for several weeks. Glory Days also became the longest-reigning number one girl group album of the millennium.

David Mann, Hampshire’s Cricket Chief Executive spoke of his delight with the shows, saying: ‘We’re delighted to be hosting yet another world-class act at the Ageas Bowl as we continue to develop the pedigree of the stadium as a major concert venue.’ He added, ‘Little Mix join rock legend Bryan Adams as artists who will feature here this year, and we look forward to welcoming their fans to the Ageas Bowl for what promises to be a memorable weekend of music.’

Tickets are priced at £39.50 (Excluding booking fees), and go on sale 9am on Tuesday 17th January, before being released for general sale from 9am on Friday 20th January. You can sign up for pre-sale access here.
