The official trailer for Bridget Jones’s Baby has arrived.
The trailer for the upcoming sequel sees love rivals, Mark Darcy (Colin Firth) and Jack Qwant fighting it out for the attentions of the now-pregnant Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger).
Incredulously, Bridget has got herself into yet more trouble, as she discovers that she is going to have a baby – but after flings with both men, quite whose baby she’s having is unclear, to the shock and amusement of her family and her OBGYN (Emma Thompson).
This is the third instalment of the rom-com franchise based on Helen Fielding’s novels, following 2001’s Bridget Jones’s Diary (which turned 15 earlier this year) and 2004’s Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason.
Directed by Sharon Maguire, Bridget Jones’s Baby is set to be released in UK cinemas on 16th September.
