20th Century Fox finally release Deadpool trailer – watch

Following yesterday’s teaser, 20th Century Fox have finally released the official trailer for their upcoming Marvel superhero flick, Deadpool.

The trailer first appeared on the internet last month, in the form of some shadily uploaded recordings made from the clip’s debut at San Diego Comic Con. But thankfully, we have now been given the visual in it’s full HD glory – and with all the sweary, mega-violent tenacity you could ever want from the ‘Merc With A Mouth.’

The film stars Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson – a snarky former special forces operative who discovers that he has terminal cancer in several of his vital organs. After being offered a chance to live and become something heroic again, he undergoes a rogue experimental procedure that leaves him horrifically scarred but with Wolverine-like healing powers. Armed with his new abilities and a full body supersuit (in red, “so that bad guys can’t see [him]bleed”), he starts to take out the bad guys in spectacular style – and all whilst hunting down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Directed by Tim Miller and with a script created by Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the film also stars the likes of Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano, Morena Baccarin and Brianna Hildebrand.

Deadpool is set to be released in the UK on 4th February 2016. Watch the NSFW trailer below.
