SUSU ComedySoc will be hosting an evening of laughs entitled The Comedy Fridge 2016 from 28th – 30th April at The Annex Theatre, Highfield Campus. The festival will give audiences the chance to see a variety of student acts from both Southampton and other universities as well as professional entertainers across the three evenings.

Last year’s Comedy Fridge was a roaring success, described as ‘a bold new frontier and format for the ever-innovative Comedy Society’. This year sees ComedySoc’s second configuration of the festival, and is the first to feature more than one show.

The opening night will see improv from Beard of Zeus and Bristol Improv, and a selection of sketches performed by Southampton Spotlights, Bristol Revunions and The VA on the Saturday: the final show of the festival will televise a range of failed TV Pilots.

Tickets are available for reservation, and the first fifty people to reserve the three-day ticket will receive a free ‘Comedy Fridge’ wristband.

Tickets can be purchased here at £5 – £6 per show or £10 for a three-day pass. Doors at 19:30 each night.
