To date the group have release two albums in the form of Devil’s Night and D12 World since their formation in 1996. Deaf Havana: Norfolk-based alternative rockers Deaf Havana will be in Plymouth to play The Hub with support from The Gospel Youth. The six-piece are currently working on a new studio album to follow on from their success with Old Souls which was released back in 2013. Deaf Havana have been championed by many industry stalwarts over the past few years, but particularly by BBC Radio 1 and their former presenter Zane Lowe, who featured their single ‘Boston Square’ as his hottest record in the world in May 2013. Their upbeat, catchy records guarantee a great time. Venue and ticket information can be found via this link, with tickets priced at £15.

Wednesday 5th

NERO: Comprising of Daniel Stephens, Joe Ray and Alana Watson, NERO are an electric music trio from London. They will be playing in the capital at the Village Underground. The group have won numerous prestigious awards in the electronic dance and dubstep world, including Best Album at the UK Dubstep Music Awards for Welcome Reality in 2011, as well as Best International Dubstep Act at the North America Dubstep Music Awards a year later. The group also won a Grammy in 2013 in the Best Remixed Recording category for their work on ‘Promises’ alongside Skrillex. Venue and ticket information can be found via this link, with tickets priced at £17.50.

Thursday 6th

Little Comets: An English indie-rock trio from Jarrow and Washington in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Little Comets will be coming to Southampton to play at The Joiners. The band released their third studio album in February earlier this year, Hope Is Just a State of Mind, which reached their highest charting placement when it peaked at number seven in the UK album charts. The band have been able to establish an upbeat, groovy sound that is certain to get a crammed Joiners crowd bopping up and down for the duration of their performance. Venue and ticket information can be found via this link, with tickets priced at £12.

Friday 7th

Don Broco: An alternative rock four-piece from Bedford, Don Broco will be at the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen in London. As an added bonus with this particular venue, if you bring your ticket between 5pm-7pm you can get 25% off food at The Circle Pizza Co. at the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen – who doesn’t love cheap pizza?! This year has been a relatively big one for Don Broco, making various festival appearances this summer as well as headlining the annual Kerrang! Tour earlier this year. They will also be releasing their second album, Automatic, which is set to be released on the 7th August. Venue and ticket information can be found via this link, with tickets priced at £17.50.

Saturday 8th

Broken Links: Playing industrial rock with under-currents of post-punk and new wave, Broken Links are as melodic and hook laden as they are dark and haunting. Atmospheric guitars, melancholic vocals and electronic soundscapes form a musical vehicle for psychoanalytical and emotionally complex lyrical themes, resulting in a dark and powerful aural experience. The band will this year be releasing their second studio album. The three-piece will be arriving on the south coast to play at Southampton’s prestigious venue The Joiners. Venue and ticket information can be found via this link, with tickets priced at £5.
