Australian comedian Chris Lilley has announced that his new series Ja’mie: Private School Girl will be broadcast on BBC3 on 6th February at 10pm.
The mockumentary series aired in Australia in October, and follows the 17-year-old’s final few weeks of education at Hillford Girls Grammar School.
In the trailers which have been released for the show, Ja’mie is seen to shout at various students, and controversially mock several social groups. Teaser clips also show that Ja’mie will find a new love interest in the show, Mitchell.
In November it was announced that Chris Lilley will also bring back fellow Summer Heights High character Jonah Takalua for a new series.
