Peace release new single ‘Money’

Peace blast back onto the scene with their new music video and song ‘Money’, following their highly successful debut album ‘In Love’. The band has recently confirmed their main stage slot at Reading & Leeds Festival 2014, an amazing upgrade from their previous appearance on the NME stage. The song was first played on Huw Stephens Radio 1 show, following an interview with Harry Koisser (an interview similiar to what The Edge managed to bag a few months ago)

The new single takes the previous groove from their last album, combining it with a Jamiroquai-esque funk and verses that would rival that of any white rappers on the market today (I’m looking at you Macklemore). The new single completely contrasted my original expectation for their second album, going against a standard indie band album and incorporating Peace’s own famous basslines with a cooler, more psychedelic sound. Peace are definitely a band to watch, as their fame has undoubtedly only just started to grow.
