Dry The River announce new album, tour and video

Dry The River have announced a bunch of news in one hit: their new album, Alarms in the Heart is set for release 25th August through Transgressive Records; the LP’s first single ‘Gethsemane’ now has a video; and the band will be touring throughout October.

Last night (16th June) Zane Lowe premièred Dry The River’s brand new track ‘Gethsemane’. The recent video was shot earlier this year in South London’s Rivoli Ballroom.

The upcoming album which will be available from 25th August, was produced by Charlie Hugall (Florence + the Machine, Ed Sheeran), Paul Savage (Mogwai, Franz Ferdinand), and Peter Miles (We Are the Ocean, Futures). The band were also supported by Valgeir Sigurðsson (Sigur Rós, Björk) with the orchestral arrangements.

As well as performing at a number of festivals over the summer, including Glastonbury and Reading and Leeds Festival, the band have also announced an Autumn tour set to take place over October.
