Isle of Wight Festival holding preview night this Friday

A free event previewing the upcoming Isle of Wight Festival will take place tomorrow on Friday 5th May.

Featuring live music from local acts Bang Bang Romeo, Xockha, Polly and the Worm and Doug Alldred, it’s the perfect event to get in the mood for the island’s legendary festival, which takes place this year from the 8th to 11th June.

The event also launches a summer-long exhibitions looking back at Isle of Wight Festivals gone by, notably 68-70 & 2002 to the present day, as curated by Dimbola Lodge.

The free night takes place at Tapnell Farm, the location of the 1970 festival which featured Jimi Hendrix. Food is available via their on-site festival window, The Cow Co.
