Reading and Leeds Festival confirm over 90 new acts for 2017

Reading and Leeds festival have today released details which add over 90 new acts and stage splits to the already promising line up for the bank-holiday event.

The controversial former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher will be returning to the festival scene this summer exclusively at Reading and Leeds, warming up the crowd before Muse’s headline slot. He is expected to debut his readily anticipated new album As You Were as well as a few classics from his Oasis days.

Other new acts include: PRVIS, Mura Masa, Vant, Deep Vally, Migos, Cigarettes After Sex, Gnarwolves and a special appearance by Goldie.

In a statement on the Official Reading Website, PRVIS’ Lynn teases new music during their set: ‘We are incredibly grateful to be performing again at Reading and Leeds. Our first experience at the festival was phenomenal and took us completely by surprise. We are excited to see what comes from it this time around and perhaps even play some new tunes.’

The new acts join headliners Kasabian, Eminem, Muse and other acts including: Fatboy Slim, Bastille and You Me at Six over three days, with more yet to be announced.

The Festivals are taking place as normal over August Bank Holiday weekend (25th-27th August). You can buy weekend tickets for Reading Festival here and Leeds Festival here. Day tickets are also on sale, however Saturday at Reading is already sold out.
