Lady Gaga has revealed the new music video for her heartrenching ballad ‘Million Reasons’, lifted from her most recent album Joanne.
The video was premiered on MTV yesterday (14th December) and released on Vevo shortly after.
Taking off where the visuals to Joanne‘s previous single ‘Perfect Illusion’ left off, ‘Million Reasons’ sees Gaga crying in the middle of a desert, an apt start to one of the record’s most emotional songs.
The video tracks the Grammy, Brit and Golden Globe award winner at the backstage of her video, shot in monochrome, and fluctuates from this more vulnerable shot to one of her on-stage persona clad in a pink pantsuit and the iconic hat from Joanne‘s album art.
‘Million Reasons’ serves as the second single from the US number 1 album and follows a much heavier and rockier sounding ‘Perfect Illusion’.
