Legendary rock guitarist Eric Clapton is to perform at The Royal Albert Hall in London next year.

The singer-songwriter has announced three shows at the venue, his only shows in the UK for 2017. This will be Clapton’s first return to the UK after his 70th birthday performances at the Albert Hall in 2015.

Clapton recently released his 23rd studio album, I Still Do, in May of this year through his record company Bushbranch Records/Surfdog Records. He also has an upcoming live album Eric Clapton: Live in San Diego set for release on September 30.

He will be accompanied by his band for the Albert shows on May 22, 24 and 25. Tickets go on sale at 9am on September 22, and tickets are limited to six per household.
