Mad Max: Fury Road sweeps up most awards at The Oscars 2016

Mad Max: Fury Road has sweeped up the most awards at this year’s Oscar ceremony, winning a total of six accolades. Spotlight also won Best Picture and it was finally Leonardo Di Caprio’s night, as he picked up the statuette for Best Actor.

Meanwhile, Brie Larson took home the award for Best Actress, while Alicia Vikander and Mark Rylance triumphed in the Supporting Actor categories. This year’s presenter, Chris Rock also boldly took on the controversial issue of diversity throughout the night.
