Bestival organisers Josie and Rob da Bank have unveiled a new stage to coincide with this year’s futuristic theme.

Speaking of the new ‘Spaceport’ stage, Rob said: “Be under no illusions my futuristic friends, this stage is going to blow your mind and take you interstellar like no other stage before.”

In line with the ‘out of this world’ events planned for the festival, a 20 metre high spaceship and an all new sound system is sure to impress crowds.

DJ and musician Rob continued: “HMS Bestival, our trusty old ship, has sunk or otherwise been sucked down a Bermuda Triangle shaped whirlpool, and thus we are reinventing Robin Hill’s sacred rave space once more with a spaceship the likes Planet Earth has never witnessed.”

With the likes of The Cure, Major Lazer and our very own Craig David’s TS5 filling the line-up so far, make sure you catch what promises to showcase the future of dance music this September.

Tickets are available here, including a payment plan option for £5.50 a week.
