Warner Bros have released an explosive new trailer for their upcoming DC bad guy-fest, Suicide Squad.
In the frenetic new teaser, which features Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ as it’s energetic soundtrack, we get a proper glimpse at all of the convicted criminals questionably enlisted into Amanda Waller’s (Viola Davis) top-secret government taskforce.
Among them are “the guy who shoots people” (Will Smith’s Deadshot), “the crocodile who eats people” (Killer Croc, played by Adewale Akinnouye-Agbaje), “the guy who burns people” (Jay Hernandez’ El Diablo), and “the girl possessed by a witch” (Cara Delevingne’s Enchantress).
Leading the team is Rick Flag (Joel Kinnaman), who as we see in the trailer, has some trouble controlling the “crazies” of the gang – most notably Margot Robbie’s scene-stealing Harley Quinn and Jared Leto’s enigmatic Joker.
Directed by David Ayer and also starring the likes of Jai Courtney, Adam Beach, Karen Fukuhara, Ike Barinholtz, Scott Eastwood and Ben Affleck as Batman, Suicide Squad is set to arrive in UK cinemas on 5th August 2016.
