Tame Impala preview new video for ‘Let it Happen’ – watch

Hot off the release of their third studio album Currents, Tame Impala have previewed a short clip from their upcoming music video for ‘Let it Happen’ on Instagram.

The clip in question shows a man struggling to come to terms with the fact that his plane is crashing. While the video could very much take a serious tone, the brief glimpse of him using three seat-belts suggests that instead, it will be poking fun at his inability to just ‘Let it Happen.’

The track is also one of the longest on the album, meaning that rather than getting the single version of the song, the Australian rock band could instead treat us to a short film containing the full eight-minute album track in it’s entirety.

Currents reached the Number Three spot in the UK album charts after its mid-July release. You can read our review of the album here. The full-length video for ‘Let It Happen’ is expected to arrive online soon.
