Lana Del Rey has revealed the sound of her brand new track ‘Honeymoon’ via YouTube.
The song is accompanied by what begins as a home video in Del Rey’s typical indie fashion, before simply continuing as a lyric video.
The singer-songwriter previously teased the track last month, but has now finally revealed its full length – which ends up being nearly six minutes long. It is said to be the title track from Del Rey’s forthcoming third album which will land in September.
Honeymoon follows 2014’s Ultraviolence, and by the sound of it’s title track, is very evocative of the melancholy and eeriness the 2014 album stirred last year, as opposed to it’s lighter predecessor, Born to Die.
