50,000 free tickets to Radio 1’s Big Weekend, to be held in Norwich on 23rd and 24th May, flew within 40 minutes and the line-up does not seem to be disappointing. Among last year’s headliners were Ed Sheeran, Coldplay and Katy Perry but this year looks to top that.

Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2015 will see the stage graced by the likes of Ben Howard, George Ezra, Sam Smith, Sigma, Snoop Dogg and Years and Years.

Now added to the already incredible line-up are Muse, who will headline on the Saturday, and Foo Fighters, set to headline on Sunday.

Foo Fighter’s Dave Grohl has said that he is already “looking forward to it.”

For those not lucky enough to have bagged a ticket for such an amazing weekend of music, coverage will be broadcast live on Radio 1 and Radio 1Xtra, with highlights shown on BBC3.
