Marina and the Diamonds has unveiled the video to accompany the latest cut from her upcoming album, FROOT.
The new track, entitled ‘I’m A Ruin’, features Diamandis’ versatile vocals combined with an ethereal sound complimented by a solid beat that works beneath the track’s delicacy. The video sees Diamandis in a flowing jumpsuit.
The music video was directed by Markus Lundqvist and follows other tracks such as ‘Happy’ and ‘Immortal’ that have all been released in the past months by Diamandis, as part of her ‘FROOT of the Month’ promotional tactic.
Two more tracks will be released in the next two months, before FROOT itself lands on 6th April.
‘I’m A Ruin’ reached number two in the US iTunes charts upon its release, as well as breaking the top 20 here in the UK.
