The Prodigy, Florence + the Machine and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are amongst the first acts to be announced for Spanish festival Benicàssim (FIB).
Also joining them for the four-day festival in Valencia are Clean Bandit, who have recently been confirmed to play Southampton’s Common People Festival, Bastille and Crystal Fighters.
The Prodigy, the first act to be announced, recently released their new single ‘Nasty’ after a six-year break and are due to release their sixth studio album The Day Is My Enemy March of this year.
Benicàssim, which centres around pop, rock and electronica, will be Florence + the Machine’s only Spanish festival of the year, however, they have also been confirmed for Coachella in April.
Speaking about the line-up, festival director Melvin Benn, said: “FIB, the international festival that started the concept of international festivals, enters its third decade and what a wonderful feeling it is for me to be part of it. The third decade represents the real start for me”.
Benicàssim 2015 will take place 16-19th July. Tickets are available to purchase now.
