The Black Keys release new song ‘Fever’

Today, The Black Keys released a first taste at what their eighth studio album will sound like. The album, Turn Blue, was announced last week through Mike Tyson’s twitter feed with a link to a Youtube video, and a free download of ‘Fever’ will be downloadable on pre-order of this upcoming album.

The American rock duo, who formed in Ohio, early 2001, are famous for their raw, bluesy sound and solid, strong live performances. Recently coming back into the press after Auerbach’s work with Lana Del Rey on her new album, the band skyrocketed into fame after the 2010 release of their sixth studio album, Brotherswhich won three Grammy awards. Their follow up the next year, El Camino, peaked at number 6 in the UK, leading to a huge arena tour, filling up the O2 in 2012. The band will be headlining this years Suffolk festival, Latitude.
