Canadian rockers Arcade Fire have announced that they’ll team up with Spike Jonze to provide the score for his upcoming film, Her.
It’s not the first time the band have worked with Jonze, as an acoustic version of their song ‘Wake Up’ was used in a trailer for his 2009 film Where The Wild Things Are, and Jonze’s short movie Scenes From The Suburbs took inspiration from the bands third album, The Suburbs.
‘Her’, is a science-fiction romance film, telling the story of Theodore (Joaquin Phoenix) who falls in love with a computer system. It has an all-star cast, featuring Amy Adams, Rooney Mara and Olivia Wild, as well as the voice of Scarlett Johansson.
