At 8pm this evening (October 20th), SUSU announced that for the second time Jaguar Skills’ gig at The Union (that’s The Cube for all the old guard) had been cancelled. Mr. Skills’ promoter has claimed that “reasons beyond his control” have forced him to pull out of the event for the second time in two weeks.
It looks as if this time it won’t be rescheduled, but cancelled, as SUSU promises that “any ticket holders will be refunded in full”. A SUSU insider has claimed that “as none of his other gigs have been cancelled, perhaps tonight’s cancellation is due to poor ticket sales”. This is the second night cancelled in a row, following Glamourpuss being axed last night (October 19th).
