New British indie rock band The Hunna may have only formed last year, yet with over 130k followers on Facebook and a tour with Coasts already in the bag, they seem to be well on their way to success.

Ryan, Dan, Jermaine and Jack from Watford entered the indie scene last October with catchy single ‘Bonfire’. Their other releases include ‘She’s Casual’, ‘We Could Be’ and ‘You and Me’. According to their SoundCloud, they’re fans of the likes of Foals, The 1975, Hozier and Bombay Bicycle Club – it is clear from their sound that they are trying to find their own niche among these artists.

The Hunna are currently on a tour of the UK and US, ahead of the release of their debut album 100 on the 26th August. Their new video for one of the featured singles, ‘Still Got Blood’, gives a sneaky preview of what promises to be a cool yet upbeat album.

The boys are also excited to have got a slot on the BBC Introducing Stage at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend next week, claiming (in-keeping with what appears to be their catch-phrase) ‘It’s gonna be real lit!’.

The Hunna will play a SOLD OUT gig at The Joiners, Southampton on the 4th June.
