0

This year marks the ten year anniversary of the End Of The Road Festival. Having boasted indie bands from Alabama Shakes to Fleet Foxes in the last few years, End of The Road is one of the best smaller festivals out there. This year it will be taking place from the 2nd to 4th September.

End of The Road will be bringing a mix of artists new and old with an array of acts having previously performed at the Dorset festival. Bigger names this year include: Joanna Newsom, Animal Collective, Bat For Lashes, Devendra Barnhart, Broken Social Scene, Thurston Moore, Savages, Cat Power and Shura

Smaller acts to look out for include: The Big Moon, Dilly Dally, Sunflower Bean, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard The only announcement for comedy so far is Stewart Lee. But there is of course way more to come!

Although there are only four stages, finding alternative things to do won’t be an issue for the festival goer. The gardens create lovely scenery and the festival has various tents for more entertainment including a comedy tent, film tent, library and games area. The festival also boasts a healing tent. There are rumours of more activities for 2016, so keep your eyes pealed.
