Canadian comedienne Katherine Ryan will be arriving on the South Coast of England on the 5th February in order to bring her ‘Kathbum’ tour to Southampton’s O2 Guildhall.
Ryan’s popularity on the UK comedy circuit has skyrocketed over the past couple of years following various television appearances on shows such as Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats, QI and Have I Got News For You. She has also made numerous appearances on the BBC’s Live At The Apollo, both as a featured and lead act. The talented Ontario-native is also a panellist on Tinie Tempah’s team on Sky 1’s Bring the Noise, and also has a weekly column in popular music magazine NME.
Ryan has endeared herself to the British public with her stand-up routines based on her own life experiences, turning her experiences of motherhood and divorce amongst other events that many would consider quite bitter, into material that is hilariously relatable.
