The Barnardo’s Society will take over Live Music Monday in The Bridge next week to showcase a selection of Southampton’s musical talent.

The live music event will take place on Monday evening (April 29th) in The Bridge, kicking off at 8pm. A selection of student musicians are set to play at the event, including Dan Tovey who released his EP Little Love last year, and Grace Pattle who recently performed at “An Evening of Women’s Bits” in aid of Women’s Aid, being described as “flawlessly talented” by the Soton Tab.

Other students who will be performing on the night include Chris Wickham who is a composer of contemporary classical music and Scott Turnley from the band Corolla, who will be playing alongside Maths student Giorgio D’Anna. Emma Miles is another of the performers who will be showcasing their talent at the fundraiser.

All profits raised from the event will be donated to Barnardo’s which is one of the UK’s leading children’s charities, working with vulnerable children and young people.

Tickets are available for £3 in advance, and £4 on the door. More information is available on the event’s Facebook page.
