Following the release of The Rock n’ Roll EP on the 6th of December, folk/punk singer songwriter Frank Turner comes to Southampton this coming Tuesday, and The EDGE have never been more excited.
He has had a few outstanding years – from performing at the likes of Glastonbury and Reading Festival, to supporting Green Day at the massive Wembley Stadium – and tour and the EP release will be the feather in a very well worn hat.
For those unfamiliar with his work, Frank Turner is best known for his matter-of-fact lyrics, and a voice that is anything but polished, but is unashamedly organic and raw. Expect a set full of sing-a-long moments, and crowd interaction that is second to none. Frank Turner really is a joy to watch live, and this tour promises to be no different.
