A third trailer has been released for the upcoming instalment in the X-Men franchise, X-Men: Days of Future Past, revealing more details about the film which features an all-star ensemble. This is the third trailer to be released by 20th Century Fox, and the film is directed by Bryan Singer. This is the seventh feature film to be released in the X-Men franchise, and will be the third that Singer has directed.
Featuring both James McAvoy and Sir Patrick Stewart as Professor Xavier, and Sir Ian McKellan and Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Days of Future Past spans two timelines as the two old friends turned enemies team up with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine to try and stop war between mankind and the mysterious (or maybe not so much to those familiar with the X-Men comics or cartoons) Sentinals. To say that this film has an all star cast is an understatement, it also features Halle Berry as Storm, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as the young Beast, Anna Paquin as Rogue, Ellen Page reprising her role as Kitty Pryde, and Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage.
