Preview: Jazzmanix Winter Concerts

It’s that time of year again, the festive line up of events at uni has started and the next seasonal, fun-filled night is the Jazzmanix winter concert. The SUSU performing arts society always put on spectacular shows, featuring both acapella groups that have been beautifully and impressively arranged by members, alongside large scale pieces including the whole choir and Jazzmanix band. Showcasing Southampton’s vocal talent across a range of genres, known for their gospel and pop medleys, there will also be some Christmas classics, a surprise or two, and those songs you loved from the summer, revamped. They’ll have your heads bobbing and your toes tapping as you fight the urge to sing-a-long. With only two shows per year, this is not one to miss, get your housemates, coursemates and friends together and head down to the Turner Sims on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November, to celebrate Christmas with Jazzmanix.

Tickets are still available for the concerts at 7:30pm, on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November, in Turner Sims.
