Lady Gaga’s former personal assistant to publish memoir

It has been revealed that Lady Gaga’s former personal assistant, Jennifer O’Neill, is to publish a memoir about the global music icon.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, O’Neill has signed a book deal with Atria Books with Page Six previously reporting that the deal could be worth up to $1 million.

Back in 2011, the personal assistant attempted to sue Lady Gaga with the claim that she had been overworked and was owed $380,000 due to 7,168 hours of overtime. The case was settled out of court last year.

O’Neill has made many claims against Gaga, arguing that she had no time for herself, all of which Gaga has labelled “bullshit”.

A publication date is so far unknown.

Lady Gaga will be bringing her latest tour, artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball, to the UK in October. She will also be bringing out a duet jazz album with Tony Bennett, entitled Cheek to Cheek, with an expected release later this year after several delays.
