Lily Allen has revealed the new, title-track, for her forthcoming album Sheezus. The video is a cross between Odd Future’s tour posters and Disclosure’s signature white lines, as the singer-songwriter is animated in luminous shades. And as for the lyrics, as always, there is no holding back for Allen.
Referencing the current state of affairs amongst the ‘divas’ of the pop world she puts Rihanna, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Beyonce all under the microscope. However, she gets it spot on with Lorde singing: ‘Lorde smells blood, she’s about to slay you. Kid ain’t one to fuck with when she’s only on her debut.’
