FX has released the first official promotional teaser for American Horror Story’s upcoming season, subtitled ‘Freakshow’.
The teaser trailer features a young woman with angelic wings being controlled by a killer-clown, who is said to be this forthcoming season’s “Rubber Man” or “Bloody Face”.
Actress Sarah Paulson (12 Years a Slave) will be returning for the TV series’ fourth season, and will be stepping into a two-headed character role, playing both Dot and Bette. Returning cast members also include Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates and Frances Conroy. The new season will also welcome newcomers Michael Chiklis and Wes Bentley.
American Horror Story: Freakshow premieres this October on FX.
