Birmingham-born garage indie four-piece Superfood will be in Southampton on Monday, supporting We Are Scientists. They recently signed to Infectious Records – the same label as Alt-J, These New Puritans and The Temper Trap – and have finished their long awaited debut album, recorded in London’s Livingston Studios (it has yet to be released). The band is made up of Dom Ganderton [lead vocals/guitar], Ryan Malcolm [vocals/lead guitar], Emily Baker [bass]and Carl Griffen [drums]. They boast a solid reputation playing live, so if you’re keen having listened to their singles ‘Bubbles‘ and the new mind melting video for ‘TV‘, go and check them out as they will soon be on tour again with Wolf Alice.
